Protein structure and stability, protein folding and aggregation, methods of production of proteins, expanded genetic code, creation of diversity in proteins, directed evolution, membrane proteins, post-translational modifications, protein-protein interactions, protein design, enzyme engineering, protein biomaterials and protein networks, molecular modelling software for biomolecules.
Compétences à acquérir
Knowledge of the relationship between structure and function in proteins, analysis and modelling of protein structure, various software to visualize and model protein structures, critical analysis of publications in the field of protein engineering
